Interested in studying a Bachelor or a Master program in a French University of the 2023 academic year?

You will be able to submit an application on the online platform “Études en France” from October 1st, 2022.

 

📅 To apply for the first year of a Bachelor’s degree , you have to submit a Demande d’Admission Préalable (DAP) before December 15, 2022.

For all other programs (2nd & 3rd year of Bachelor, Masters), you can submit your application online until February 15, 2023.

If you wish to apply for a 1st year of Bachelor in a public university:

• 1st October 2022 = applications open
• 15th December 2022 = deadline to apply through the platform
• December to March 15th = interview with a Campus France officer
• 30th of April 2023 = admission decisions

 

For all other programs (2nd & 3rd year of Bachelor, Masters):

The France-Malaysia collaboration program for joint research 2023 (MyTIGER)

The France-Malaysia collaboration program for joint research 2023 (MyTIGER) is a joint funding program with the objective of structuring and stimulating research cooperation between France and Malaysia.

The Program is an initiative by the Embassy of France to Malaysia in order to continue supporting bilateral cooperation in research after the successful implementation of the PHC-Hibiscus (2019 and 2020) and MATCH program (2021) conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE). MyTIGER is based on a call for projects, an independent evaluation process, the selection of projects guided by common interests and ambition for excellence, and a co-funding mechanism by means of matching grants by the Malaysian research institutions involved in the program.

IRASEC Doctoral Workshops in Social Sciences and Humanities

The winter school Urban Theories Across Borders (UTAB) targets early career researchers — master and PhD students — who aim to pursue knowledge production about cities and urbanization in Southeast Asia from a social sciences perspective. It helps the students to engage with the most recent debates in the urban studies field, provides methodological tools to write and improve research proposals, and initiate the students to urban fieldwork activities

UTAB 2022 edition is a two weeks event that will take place between 5th and 17th December 2022 in Chiang Mai (December 5th-9th) and Yogyakarta (December 12th-17th).

Participate to the Campus France survey on the living conditions of international students in France!

Are you currently an international student in France, or were you one during the past three years?
Campus France starts a survey on the living conditions of international students in France. Your participation is essential.
A camera and other prizes are offered for participants of the questionnaire. Try your chance!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
All international students who are currently in France or have been studying in France for the past three years (starting from January 2019).

WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS SURVEY?
This survey, conducted by Campus France with the logistical support of Kantar, will provide a better understanding of the living conditions of international students in France: living conditions and accommodation, resources and expenses, impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, etc.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
To take part in the survey, answer this on-line questionnaire.
You will need around 15 minutes to complete it.

EURAXESS ASEAN - virtual meeting point 'Meet My Lab'

The EURAXESS ASEAN virtual meeting point ‘Meet My Lab’  is to share your research ideas with your research peers across Southeast Asia and Europe.

WHAT IS THIS?

This series is intended to provide a virtual meeting point for researchers around the globe to learn from, connect & collaborate with each other. Each session profiles a researcher (and his/her team where appropriate). The Speaker(s) share aspects of their research work and present opportunities for collaboration. The focus is on interactivity! Audience members can ask questions and engage with the presenter(s) and with each other.

WHO CAN PRESENT?

Open to the world!

Meet my Lab’ is open to researchers at all career stages, all nationalities and all scientific disciplines. Interested candidates need to have an interest in sharing their research with the scientific community and in exploring international research collaboration.

WHO CAN JOIN?

To ensure maximum interaction, each session will be limited to app 80 participants who are actively engaged in the same field of research that is being presented in the session in question. Participation is free of charge.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Virtual meeting point.

‘Meet my Lab’ sessions are 60-minute virtual meetings hosted by EURAXESS ASEAN on the Zoom platform. Interaction between the presenter(s) and the audience will be two-way (video and audio). Participants agree to fully comply with appropriate etiquette of virtual meetings.

About The Programme

This novel PhD programme is developed in line with United Nation’s (UN) sustainable development goals (SDG) and conducted at Sunway University’s state of art laboratories. Programme is supported by its unique state of art lab facilities under different centres and departments with brand new high end equipment that was built by spending for about RM20Million. Moreover, programme has highly qualified, experienced and world class academicians to supervise and train postgraduate students to be leaders in academia and industry.

Entry Requirements
Master’s Degree: A Master’s degree (Level 7, MQF) in Science or Engineering disciplines which can be accepted by the Academic Senate.
Other Qualifications: Any other qualifications will be considered on a case-to-case basis.
